"I was walking around the store for 30-45 minutes and not one sales person acknowledged me on a Monday night when it was not very busy. Found a store rep and I asked him if he can open a glass shelf to grab some Apple products. He said he was clocked out but he would find someone. I waited for 15 min and no one came. I finally found another rep walking towards me and trying to avoid eye contact. I stopped him to ask for help and he acted like I was bothering him. I really liked this location but their customer service is getting worse. I’m a Best Buy member but this kind of treatment makes me not want to go back here. I hope management sees this review. Please hire some friendly staff that aren’t afraid to speak to people."

"Went to buy an oculus quest and couldn't get any help to get it out from behind glass. Waited at the desk for 15 minutes while they were checking out another customer constantly trying to get them to sign up for things and taking forever. Was only 1 person in front of me but that was too much for them to handle apparently. I'm just gonna order it off Amazon instead since they can't be bothered to assist more than 1 customer at a time."
