"Took my long time Sebo vacuum cleaner in for some routine servicing. Roy replaced the parts that needed it and cleaned it. The vacuum cleaner works better than it has in years. Great service and experience! Roy is friendly and knows what he's doing."

"I’ve been a canister Electrolux owner for years. The carpet attachment no longer worked due to a crack in the handle. I still had 2 years left on my warranty. Since they don’t make Electrolux vacuums anymore, I was out of luck. That’s when I met the knowledgeable people at All Central Vacuums at Brookhollow. I was introduced to the D4 Sebo canister vacuum. I was able to do a test run in the store plus I was shown it’s full operation capability as well as the multi filtration system. I’m allergic to everything so having excellent filtration was important! I loved all the features so I purchased the vacuum. It’s the best vacuum I’ve ever owned!! Everything I was told rang true after my first house cleaning experience. I LOVE the multi filter system, 1.5 gallon bag, extra long cord, the protective bumper around the vacuum protecting my furniture and walls. I LOVE the carpet attachment. It fits under my furniture for a good cleaning. I like how a light lets me know if the height needs to be adjusted. The warranty can’t be beat! Shopping local beats online as I now have someone who can service my vacuum locally. The Sebo D4 is worth every cent! Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in a high quality vacuum!"

"They fixed my vacuum, but the man who waits on customers inside the shop (NOT the owner) is rude and has terrible customer service skills. He talks for the sake of hearing himself talk; no worthwhile information, and when asked a direct question never gives a direct answer. He says he is the one repairing the vacuums, and the owner is Joseph. The owner called me with the estimate, and was very polite and nice. I got the vacuum home and immediately vacuumed the house, after which my whole house smelled like wet dogs. I don't own any dogs. The receipt didn't have any information on it aside from "replaced fan"...no details, prices, etc. For all I know, he could have put a used fan in my $600.00 vacuum, and I am pretty sure that he did. I do not recommend this repair shop. Not a good experience. I only gave it two stars because the vacuum worked when I got it home. It was a one star experience."

"My husband bought an expensive Simplicity vacuum from this place. It was working pretty well for a long time. But it got so I couldn't even finish vacuuming two rooms before it would just stop. Always kept the bag empty. I took it in for repair. The estimate was $89. When I went to pick it up the cost was around $110. The cord was still the old cord where my husband had run over it a couple of times. The first time I used it it did exactly the same thing could not even finish to rooms before it just stopped. I called their phone number and it said the mailbox was full. I'll be taking it back on Tuesday my next opportunity. Let's just say I'm not a happy customer"

"The following are the facts and not opinions of my experience. I brought in my vacuum to this shop and was greeted by a friendly staff member( I believe Roy). He was very polite for the duration of both my visits. The owner, not him, gives any repair estimates so there was no one to give me an estimate at the initial visit. He took down all of my information and said even though I did not contact my vacuum company for warranty service, he would check with the owner and they may attempt to have it repaired under warranty if the company would allow it. He gave me an estimate of a few days before it would be ready. Sure enough, within about two days, I was contacted and informed my vacuum was ready. I went in to pick it up and in fact they were able to run it through warranty so there was no charge. He brought my vacuum out and told me he just used the parts off another vacuum there to replace my broken part. I noticed the part he replaced mine with was also broken. I thanked him and left and ordered a brand new part direct from the manufacturer. It was an obvious broken part he replaced mine with because you could see the cracks from around the counter. They get two stars for being friendly and not charging me. My new part cost $30 bucks from the manufacturer which will be here in a few days. I did not give them a chance to remedy the broken part because I figured out I could just pay $30 bucks and do it myself without any hassle since the replacement part they put on was clearly broken when installed."
