"First time I walked in, I wasn't greeted, and after about 10 mins of looking around and nobody asking if I needed help, I left. Came back about 30 mins later (still wasn't greeted), but I couldn't pass on the shoes I came to get. Always great deals, but not so much with the customer service. I was able to get two pairs of Jordan and two pair of Nikes for under 250. So, all in all, it was a good day."
"This store was so busy!!! I thought about coming back another time when I saw the crowd, and yet when I looked at the shelves, it was NOT a disaster somehow. There were no shoes on the floors and all the shoes were in their boxes on the shelves in the expected organized fashion. I found the shoes I wanted to replace my worn ones with and was very surprised to find "4E" super wide shoes, too! They're comfortable for him. I was so pleased. There were plenty of cashiers to check out all the customers on the very busy Saturday."
