"I drove 116 miles to shop here to be completely let down because my second reward would not work when it was not expired and never used. I had called the management on Monday morning the day after I had went and explained my experience with everything at the register and with the manager on duty on how rude and unprofessional she was and she told me that she was going to give me 20% off on my next time I come to the store And then she said let me call you back in 20 minutes and then she changed her mind and took away her word. I don’t think this is the best way to conduct business, and I will never shop at this location ever again."
