I too was totally disappointed in the lack of customer service , nonetheless any type of hospitable sort of behavior coming from neither sales lady and slaes man. I did buy one pair of shoes from there just cuz my daughter wanted them, but to be honest the associates need serous training and I blame the STORE manager for their lack of skills, esp hiring people who don’t know how to sell!"

"I have shopped at Shoe Palace in the past due to their great deals on sneakers. However, my most recent experience was not a great one. I went into the store on Saturday 9/5 to look for sneakers that I needed that night for work. I tried on a pair that I like, but had to leave the store due to an emergency call. However, I called the store and spoke with a female (did not get her name) and asked her to place the shoes on hold for me. I informed her I would be back before 7 pm in which the store closes! I called back at 6:15 pm to inform them I was headed that way to purchase the shoes. I spoke with a guy at this time (do not know his name, but based on his voice - it sounded like the gentleman who help me try on); he informed me that my shoes had been sold. He did apologize for the miscommunication & offered to discount my purchase once they received more of that shoe in stock on Wednesday 9/9. I called the store on Sunday 9/6 and spoke with the manager - Diego in regards to the entire situation and to be sure that I have a pair of shoes on Wednesday with the discount (for the inconvenience)! He told me he would take care of it and to call back on Tuesday/Wednesday to remind him. I called the store again on Wednesday 9/9 around 11 am and I spoke with another Manager - Billy for Diego was not in. I explained the entire situation over AGAIN to Billy. Billy stated he would not know if the stock of that particular shoe was in until 2:30 pm for that is the time they receive shipment. I went to the store around 3:30/4 pm on this same day. I introduced myself to Billy and he told me to write down my name & number for he was just about to unpack the shipment in the back. I get a call from Diego on Thursday morning 9/10 stating they had the shoe in my size available. I told him I could be at the store around 1:30-2 pm. I arrive to the store for the FOURTH time and Diego was able to sale me the shoes, I even purchase a face masks (buy 1, get 1 free)! However, upon check out I questioned Diego in regards to discounting my shoes. He states he was unable to discount the shoes for it was “locked” & as employees they do not receive discounts. At this point, I was so frustrated and disgusted with the customer service that I did not have the energy to argue! If the discount could not be put into place at all , then why was it offered to me over the phone. Why when I spoke about to each person on the phone it was NEVER DENIED? After all my troubles I even still purchased more than what I came for and was not compensated for the back & forth via transportation or phone! I am not pleased with the staff or managers at this store! It is clear everyone is not on the same page!"
