"I'm so disappointed with this store. I got a washer and dryer from them 04/2023. Their employee flooded out my apartment and they refused to pay for my damages of my personal items they destroyed. I should not be responsible with replacing items they employee damaged."

"How about before you call me on a recorded line, like ok, let's not try and be funny when I do not say the correct response due or paid because the whole time my washer was not working, I still paid and had to go wash somewhere else, keep the sarcasm tactics to yourself, Mr and you know who you are, since the call was recorded"

"They lie to customers about prices on sight sales saying one price and switch a to higher price after customer comes in because website having issues. And same item but higher prices and longer price of ownership. I walked out and took business to another company completely and bought a bigger item than I was looking for and better quality and quality and how much cheaper. Screw this company and calling customer service doesn’t help because they are always closed 24 hours a day 365 days a week around the clock even when the other stores say they should be open they have recorded saying closed Saturday and today is Monday after noon hours"

I would never dream of doing business anywhere else. So if you are looking for furniture for your house or appliances or maybe even a nice TV with a stereo or game system. Come on down and see Noey and the gang at Aaron's in Pearland. I did! Got great prices,great products and wonderful people."

"I had a delivery set for 3pm on today; 2 weeks ago. One of the staff members called yesterday to try and find out if they could deliver our furniture set, and unfortunately; we were unavailable at that time, so when we called back to find out what they needed, they told us that they were trying to see if we wanted our furniture early. Needless to say, we stayed with our original appointment time; today after 3. I took off work, gave my old furniture away and prepared for them to deliver my furniture. Not to mention I have family coming in town for the fourth. Noe' the "general manager" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! He told me that he couldn't promise that we would get our delivery today, and that they called this morning to confirm delivery and no one answered. He said no one put notes in the system that we called on yesterday. My husband left to go and show him his phone so he can see that we talked to one of his employees. He said that that's hear say. I reminded him that they should have caller ID, and he agreed. I also had to remind him of his position as the GM, and that this is not the customer's fault, and it's his job to make this right. He told me that he is not going to have his team out late delivering furniture, even though its no fault of the customer!!!! He also told me that he is not going to do this with me. Do what? I was confused. I feel like I am dreaming!!! He STILL could not assure me that we would get our furniture out today. I am so disappointed."
