"Another company set up for stealing. They got rid of all the cashiers, and now it's just self checkout. You can't raise prices and get rid of cashiers claiming it's to keep prices down. I've spent well over $100000 in Home Depot, and I'm done. I don't work there, cashiering is not my job, and getting rid of cashiers jobs is bad upper management. Let's see if Lowes follows suit, cause I'm done with Home Depot."

"I've made 3 larger purchases from this store in the last year, and all 3 times I got home to unbox the item and find it broken. I've spent more time driving back and forth to this store dealing with broken returns than I have at any other store for my entire life. I'm not sure why I keep coming back, at this point. Luckily their customer service doesn't give any issue with returns, and the other employees in the store are friendly and helpful. In March I purchased a tub and shower surround during a bathroom remodel, both were broken. I brought it back to get the last ones available, got those home and the 2nd shower surround was broken. I was so frustrated I ended up just living with it since the break wasn't visible, just hoping it's not structural and I have issues in the future. While they were bringing the items down from the top shelf the forklift operator crunched another box on the shelf, looked around to see if anyone saw him, and went on like nothing happened. Today I bought an upright freezer, got it home and it has massive dents on the back right corners, both top and bottom, as if it was dropped twice. The bottom is bad enough the freezer doesn't stand right, and the damage is right by the compressor."

"Good location not too busy parking lot was easy to get in-and-out of and the store looks fairly clean I will do more shopping at this location it also has a couple restaurants in trestaurants in the parking lot adjacent to it call which good for lunch also"

"I have patronized several Home Depot stores in thr greater Houston area. This Home Depot on Broadway in Pearland is one of the best. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation. The Garden Center is my favorite department. The store is well staffed with friendly associates. I had a pleasant shopping experience."
