"My mom purchased a door several weeks ago and it was installed incorrectly. The serviceman said they would order the part and correct it ASAP. The part came in yesterday and she has been trying to get ahold of someone by phone and in person but has not been successful either way. This is very poor customer service! She is in her 70’s and shouldn’t be going through this!!"

"Last experience was horrible, our card was declined at first but it went through when we tried again and got the receipt. The moment we walked out the door the worker at the check out followed us and screamed “DID YALL PAY FOR THAT” making us look like we were thieves. Even when we gave her the receipt she still doubted and even questioned us. So ridiculous! How could we get out with the receipt just printed on hand without paying for the items? And if we were stealing things we wouldn’t walk out the store casually like we did. I don’t think we’ll ever come back"

"I have never had a bad experience here, but the WORST thing in the world is to live too close to this store! I find myself there quite often. Not only because it's close, but because they generally have everything I need in terms of DIY projects. It's ALSO the people. I have found them to be knowledgable and kind. Example: When shopping for our first pellet grill, I struck up a conversation with the main employee from that department. I was floored at the depth of knowledge he had because he was an avid user of pellet grill cooking already. His Q&A and recommendations were spot on. We opted for the Pitboss Pro Series V3 based on that conversation. The cost was a little more than I expected to pay when I walked in, but I am getting much more for the money. My budget was my choice. He just provided the info. I am thankful that there was no "selling" on his part. Purely information sharing. Another example is when I bought some (8) Adirondack chairs from out front. They are chained together, so I needed help. It was easy to talk to the attendant to get help. She was quick and fun to talk to while we pulled chairs. Returning items is easy as well. There have been times when I forgot my receipt, but they don't hesitate to look it up with the credit card you used for the purchase. Anyway...thumbs up on shopping at this Lowe's! I recommend it!"

"My husband and I recently bought materials for a deck that we are building, Jackie helped us in setting up our order and was very attentive to our requests! Brandon, and Robert helped us pulling all the materials and loading them to our vehicle. Overall very satisfied with the service we received."

"I drive from League City to this store to shop. Brian and crew are always helpful and polite. Ruby helped us with ordering cabinets and countertops and Veteran Michael is always positive in Paints. Yes, I know their first names because this is the type of hardware store that is there for you. Being in a wheelchair you really notice the little things that make your day. I enjoy my time shopping here."
