"I am disappointed with the store being so empty. I can't find what I was here for. I still have to drive around the town to get it. Sigh..."

"I placed an online pickup order at this location for an open box product and it was cancelled by best buy since they didn’t actually have the item. After they canceled I found another open box product to order instead and they cancelled the second one for the same reason. Best Buy has never been my first choice but I’ll probably never waste my time shopping here again."

"When in a bind, Best Buy is still my go to for fast solutions. Just so happens I was in town but needed a power cord for my Surface laptop. I visited just not too long after the store opened, so there was no traffic. I knew what I wanted but struggled to find it. There is nothing worse than making eye contact with a sales rep, who then pretends to not see you. It's also not good to see multiple customers searching for someone to assist them. The only saving grace was the young lady who worked in the specific area. She asked the rigjht questions, found what I needed, and confirmed the price before I walked away. And I understand not having multiple registers open, but someone should know to move the line along. And definitely put folks there who want to be there."

"My and my partner experience at this location was very helpful Michael the Hisense representative was super helpful and knowledgeable about TV's.Micheal took the time to explain the the differences between the OLED and qled,4k vs UHD ALSO took the time to go ever the features on the TV. which was very time consuming but he did it with such great customer service. Also showing us which TVs are better for gaming and going over the Hertz. I'm probably missing more stuff he mentioned but he sold us on Two Hisense tvs 75 and a 55 inch. Overall Great location upon arrival got greeted by the staff. We will be back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MICHEAL,YOUR HARD WORK DIDN'T GO UNRECOGNIZED."

"I love this place! They are always punctual, even early than schedule. I ordered a laptop for my daughter online. They said it will be ready for pick up in an hour but 15 minutes later, I received a notification that it's ready for pick up. When I went to the store, I was parked on the pick up curb, sent them a text to let them know I'm in the pick up curb. They said it will take around 10 minutes and I don't mind since I'm just sitting in the car. In 5 minutes, a smiling staff was coming with my item. She's very thoughtful and friendly. She's helpful enough to put it in the back of my car as requested."
