"What's the deal with the new policy?! I like to venture out and try other places with someone else's card. They have some good variety on snacks, frozen food, and the whole fish is very fresh. Their partnership programs are pretty good too. The new policy is the pits, though."
"Nice place to find useful stuff. I only find a few choices of any product but this is super helpful in deciding which to buy. Oftentimes I would find great quality mango or mandarin, or strawberries, but not consistent. Same with the eggs or dairy products, readymade food or coffee, the quality varies. Don't know why! Prices are usually consistent and sometimes I even get super great deals."
"I must say they are getting better in terms of customer service. Also as I can see a lot of the old staff is no loner there. Perhaps that's the change for the good. But I did hear that they dont treat some employees well... Sadly when employees are not treated well, they don't serve well bc they don't apperciate there job. Wishing things get better for all."
"Why are they so worried about non members using a gift card? My sister gives me a gift card for my birthday to shop there, but I don't have a membership. There's more stuff we like at Sam's and only a couple things Costco has that we can't get. Now we have to do a wish list and my sister has them delivered. We liked going in and getting our own things; sometimes we brought cash and bought extra. The gift certificate thing is convoluted. This is like "food court" gate. Kids liked their pizza; it used to be "A" stop after going to the mall, but now you have to be a member. Sam's food court has now become "the place". Sam's is in the opposite direction of home, but we enjoy that family time."
"Mr. George absolutely made my day. I was out shopping with my mom and Mr. George was handing out quiche samples (yumlicious, of course we grabbed a box). All I can say is immaculate customer service, warm & personable. I absolutely hate being out and about on a busy Saturday, he turned my whole mood around and I'm truly grateful"
