"Went to apply for a new membership card and I wanted the offer where the basic card was $25. I asked the service desk but the person who was helping me proceeded to tell me something else. Then the assistant manager interjects in the conversation about how I should get the plus telling me all the benefits which is fine but he kept being so insistent about how I should get it but I had already said I just wanted the basic stuff and not once did they mention the basic card that was only online. I hate being shoved stuffed when I've made it clear what I needed. The assistant manager should be retrained in customer service."

"Mrs. Mary at the Café was the most radiant beam of sunshine! The cafe was the place to be, the line was long but she greeted us with a smile and quickly completed our order. Thank you Mrs. Mary!"

"Horrible customer service. If you call and tell them they forgot to give you an item from curbside order and someone says no problem it’s at the front . No records are kept so when you arrive nobody has a clue and then they want to say we will play the cameras back but they don’t want the make and model and color of your vehicle. I’m not sure if they know left or right but if you going to lie about playing the cameras back because you don’t believe me at least get details. Plus member won’t be renewing."

"I have never had any issues at the store this is my to go location 100% of the time for house needs even for our office. I usually go inside and use the app to check out but today I placed an online order for pick up and once there they had a fire alarm which was done pretty quick. I was asked by one of the staff to confirm the last 4 of my order which I did and told me my order was going to be right out. The order never came I patiently waited and waited and I approached one of their staff working at the curbside because people that were just arriving waited 5 mins for their order and I was still there since 6:20pm. I explained to her that I’ve been waiting for the order since that time and so this girl rolled her damn eyes and told me “we don’t know who’s here and who’s not you have wait” at that point I was completely irritated it’s been almost an hour I had my babies in the car and I really just wanted to fix her face. Her nasty attitude was completely out of line. Then a guy brought me my order and I asked for the girl’s name and his stupid answer was “I have no idea” but right after I was backing up to leave he went straight up to her and they both started laughing. I just wanted to pull over and fight I was so upset I can’t even explain. They had a complete disorganization with the orders. The manager could care less didn’t even apologize to the customer that were waiting for an hour or didn’t even check his employees. With this being said some of the workers there need more training to learn how to treat the customer, especially if the customer has been waiting for an hour for a pick up order of 3 pineapples and 3 packages of water. I’m still going to give a 5 star because I really love that location but I wanted to point out this incident and I really wanted to get the girl’s name to report her without having to write this review. And girl If you’re reading this you should really think twice before you roll your eyes to someone out there because one day you’ll find someone having a very bad day and that one person will fix your face really quick. If you don’t like the job find something else where you’re not so incompetent."

"Cleanest bathrooms I've EVER SEEN in a large store! Beautiful. Better thank Bucee's and I'm not kidding. Great job team! All the other stuff was in stock, clean, people were friendly and very well organized. My only complaint was the snarky vendor trying to sell me electricity. Not Sam's fault."
