"On Sunday 2/25/24 I went to JC PENNY to return a pair of shoes I ordered on line. I waited in line UNTIL I was asked by an employee named Brenda what I needed. I explained to her why I was returning pair of shoes. I mentioned the only receipt I had was what came in the shoe box. She scanned bar code on show box. Flat out said $10.00. and looked at me like what else do I need. She was not very helpful at all. Didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. Didn’t smile. Moved like she was in a puddle of thick molasses. Never said Thank you. She needs to work on better customer service."
"There is no sign at the front registers that returns cant be done. I sat in line for over 10 minutes to be turned away for a return and new purchase. So then I had to go to the back of the store and wait again in line for another 10 minutes. What happened to good customer service over the years, and then these big companies are struggling to get customers in? Well when you cant get customer service why go into the stores and shop anymore."
"Hello to who ever monitors this account. I am employed by the state, I was there with my wife yesterday 8/10 and the store was ridiculously hot. I was in my truck so I brought in my infrared thermometer and your AC vents read 82 degrees. Stop neglecting your customers and employees."
"This location is horrible. The stock in the big and tall section literally has not changed in months. They literally have the same items of clothing for about 2 months. The same 4 to 5 polo shirts have been on the rack and nothing has been added. The big and tall section looks like a big clearance isle. Do not waste your time shopping here if they cannot update the stock. This is ridiculous"
