They stated they would call me back Tuesday. I needed up having to call them because no one called me. When I called they stated replacement was scheduled for Friday. I was out of town this day, so hard them re-schedule. Why did they think it was ok to just reschedule without check with me? The replacement couch was fine. I believe it he first couch I had was used?” The leather was much softer, and the recliner functions were broken, but the first delivery guys dropped it hard."
