"This place is garbage!!!! Vasura! The furniture broke in less then 3 months and they expect us to pay $3,000…I have never and will never purchase here. My sister is stuff in something she hates and is already broke but we will be calling corporate…Also the manager looks and acts all ghetto."

"We went friday to go get a refrigerator that was a much needed quick purchase, Hector sales rep was great and friendly. The ware house for pick up this morning really needs to work on their customer service , we had decided to return to the store to cancel our purchase but upon entering Store manager Daniel M was able to fix the mistake and get our refrigerator delivered today no fees, no hassle. Hector reassured us we would get it today. both the rep Hector and Manager Daniel followed up to assure delivery would get done today and still called after delivery to make sure we were satisfied. Thanks again Daniel and Hector"

"Horrible.. my husband and I have been making are payments every month on time for 2 years never late. I've put up with this dark short old ladys attitude for awhile now. I go in today to make a final payment of 1200 and she's just looking at my 1 year old up and down and rolling her eyes when I asked how much was the final payment. So FAMSA thank this old lady you pay to collect are payments and smile. I will not be making no more payments off this loan. You lost not only your interest but a loyal customer"

"I thought our salesman was a very nice person today. He was very helpful and patient with my mom and I. He offered to ask the manager to give us a discount since we were buying cash. Well she wasn’t happy and decided to get after him in front of us. Thought that was very rude and unprofessional. She could have simply said that they were not doing any discounts and we would have been fine. To get after an employee in front of the customer was very awkward and uncomfortable. We told him he made our experience a very pleasant one and left after purchasing."

"Sales men are great! Very helpful, sweet, kind, but the customer service when making a payment or needing assistance with delivery or even insurance claims they're horrible!!! They don't ever speak English! And when they do they struggle to understand you. They also get upset with you and start yelling!!! The operators who yell are men so they sound very scary! Because of their customer service I wouldn't recommend anyone to any Famsa! If they were to fix the problems I would definitely recommend them. Great furniture! Great prices! Great salesmen!!"
