"I now own 4 items and am currently paying on 2 others from the Walzem location. I ordered a washer/dryer combo online on Thursday and selected delivery for Monday 3pm-6pm. After no communication I decided to call the store. I was informed that he meant to call me earlier because my online order was pulled from another store but he was too busy to call. So after going round and round and complaining that he doesn't understand why the online orders happen that way he told me he still has to call and verify the merchandise is in good condition and go pick it up and set up a new delivery day. I am of course frustrated because we waited for delivery and missed an appt. So I asked him what am I supposed to do at this point and the line went dead. Assuming he hung up on me but not accusing. I have made a payment on this so I am expecting some type of credit and for someone to communicate with me better than they have in the past. But if it's the day my payment is due I will get 5 calls throughout the day which is on a Saturday so I am finding it a little hard to believe that they were too busy to call me on a Monday. I have been with this store for a few years now so I'm trying to understand why I am being treated so poorly."
