"Lowes at O'Connor and I35 makes me weary as there is always a need for department staff. You have a company that will not staff their stores. They want us to move around searching for the "coverplate" or the tangible item we need hoping it fits the hose diameter drawn hastily on our hand. Hell we don't know answers. Get us staff to talk to. Have search pads in the entryway telling us if and where product is. We need search engine options at our fingertips in store. NO ... WE DO NOT WANT TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER APP ON OUR PHONE."

"There was no one in line so that was a great plus!!! I couldn't find a sales rep to help me. I finally gave up. Then, when I was walking to check out, I found 10 sales reps in a corner huddled up, chatting. Now, I remember why I prefer your competitors. My daughter preferred a paint that's only sold at Lowes. So glad we don't need to return here."
