"I have been to this particular location on several occasions, while the inside service I have experienced is not the best, it's hard to find people who work in a certain area to assist you. The online order and pickup service is amazing, it has to be the best I have experienced. I placed an order for 11 items online. I received a notice that my order was ready for pickup just 15 to 20 minutes after I placed it. Wow, you can't get a burger and fries that fast. Anyways I went to curbside to pickup the order, again I was amazed. The order was brought to my truck less than 5 minutes after notifying them I had arrived. This is how curbside is supposed to work, more companies need to emulate this service. I definitely will place an online order again. Did I say you can still get a military discount online. Yupp. Sure can, after you have registered with the company of course."

"Not a customer service review but I applied for a position at this Lowe’s and I got an interview. During the interview I was asked about my experience in the position I applied for and I stated that I had well over 5 years of experience including 7-8 years of experience driving machinery. Even after expressing my being familiar with the job description, the manager that was interviewing me said with no hesitation “Honestly, I don’t like to hire female for this position because they don’t really know what to do and are always asking for help”. Then around midnight I get an email that I wasn’t picked for the position and the only reason I can think of is because of the fact that she doesn’t like to hire female for that position. I completely forgot what her name was but I do remember her saying she’s the manager over the order fulfillment team. I applied here cause I’m familiar with the work and I wanted to go part time to be able to spend more time with my kids. I did not expect to hear that from a manager during an interview nor have I ever had an interview with someone so unprofessional."

"Bad customer service take too long to exchange a water heater, I almost ended up buying a new one! Wouldn't recommend to buy one because if it's defective they'll keep you a store waiting and big process to do it."

"I have never received good service here. I started my first huge project and decided to spend thousands of dollars at Lowe’s because it always seemed less crowded than Home Depot. But from the return lady up front, to the sales people who watch you walk around looking for something, they won’t bother to help lift anything, and the fat manager who couldn’t care less about my complaints on my order not being fulfilled, just told me to go get it myself. The younger teenage boys do a lot more than anyone else here and are the only ones who were helpful. This place needs some restructuring for sure. We are not going in there spending twenty dollars."

"We ordered a storage shed for our new home. My husband Adrian Ruiz went to Lowes to order the storage shed to make sure it was done properly instead of ordering it online. He spoke to associates about us not having a truck or man power to carry the heavy item. My husband paid the extra money to have the storage shed delivered. When the delivery arrived, the man refused to drive the storage shed to the backyard. He stated that he would not take it any further than the front yard or side walk. He told us that we had two choices: accept it in the front or cancle it and try to get our money back. My husband accepted the item due to us needing a storage shed without a garage. I called Lowes and waited 40 minutes with no answer. I drove to Lowes and spoke to a manager. Catrina stated that she would arrange for someone to take it to the back. She said that she would call the delivery company and have the same guy move it to the backyard or have another delivery guy do it. She said that she would call my husband with details. We never received a call. She handed me a card and told me that we could call her directly. The card is the stores number, and no one ever answered. The item is too heavy to move, and we will now have to move each piece by piece all the way to the backyard separately. Do not waste your money paying extra for delivery. They won't help you at all. Update: Lowes responded and said that they wanted to make it better. Nothing has happened. No one has contacted us. No delivery person has made this right. My husband is one person. He can't possibly move it to the designated area. I am sick with a terminal illness and can't help at all. Shame on Lowes."
