"Bought my husband a nice ring here. Had a flaw the manufacturer acknowledged but returning it cost me $40.80 even though they acknowledged the manufacturer mistake. The ring that came back was way too big. Feel off his finger. They tell me they can size it but it will cost me another $40.80. They said maybe his finger size changed. In 2 weeks? We handed you a ring that fit. Shouldn't we have gotten back a ring that fits? And if you care about your customers don't make us pay shipping twice when we didn't do anything wrong."
