"I drove 45 mins to go to old navy just to buy some new pants for work. I came in well before closing and was told the fitting rooms had closed 5 minutes ago. There was nothing on their site about different hours for the fitting room. So instead of buying 5 pairs, I bought one. I'm going to return them tomorrow and never shop here again.. I haven't been to a physical mall in a while and this is exactly why they're dying. Gonna buy some pants on Amazon :)"
