"LOVE. THIS. STORE. What more can I say!?"

"Nice clothing with a trendy fresh selection for casual, date night, work and more. Clothing is made quite well. Sales ladies are friendly. My issue is that Torrid prices are priced at about double what similar stores price point is. I only buy items that are at a minimum of 50% off. They have a rewards program. You can also have items shipped to the store and waive shipping. Overall Torrid has become my go to store for apparel. I always get compliments."

"Pretty disappointed, drove 40 minutes on my one day off to go shop in this store and on the door it says, "temporarily closed." The employees are walking around inside, moving merchandise around. I had even checked the hours ahead of time to make sure they were open and as my photo attached shows, it says they are open. The sign on the door said to check the status of the store online but that wasn't accurate as of today. Makes me less inclined to put my money into this store if they aren't going to be open during normal hours as outlined on their Google maps if I have to drive 80 minutes round trip for nothing."

"I cannot think of a single time that I have left this store unhappy. Shopping as a big girl can be a frustrating experience, but I have never left here not being able to get good fitting, quality clothes here, and the staff has been friendly & helpful upon every visit!"
