"Shop online they said my package was delivered and I signed for it I was here the whole day nothing came I read the details and they left it at AutoZone I called AutoZone and they said yes they have it I cannot get it it is 13 degrees outside I have no car and I am disabled. Talk to tracking they said they have no such package talk to chat and she told me that after checking that it was delivered and I signed for it which is another lie as I said AutoZone one of their destination drop-offs has it because UPS is too lazy to get out of the truck cuz it's too cold and they don't want to come to the door also tried calling the store at Tippecanoe Mall and each time I dial the phone number it says that the phone is answered but nobody is talking"
