"So, I got a $50 gift card for Christmas, and I did go online and order a couple of things. I threw out the card after receiving a confirmation email. Then I later received an email saying part of my order was canceled. I screen shot the email. It didn't tell me my gift card # or if the money was placed back on my gift card or my debit card. No information other than my order #. I tried two different days to call customer service, and text message. Today, I was on hold for maybe 10 and 12 minutes, each. If you google, it wants your card # and PIN to check balance. If you look on Facebook, you can't send a message. If you go to the website, you also can't just check your balance. So, I called the local store, and a nice lady could not help me. She thought maybe the card # was in my email, but it's not. I double checked today. So, I've now, spent about 2 hours, trying to figure out where the balance is, or what my card # is. I spent about $58 total, so maybe $8 was on my debit. The canceled amount is more than that, so either way, I deserve a gift card balance. At this point, I'm over this place. Worst customer service ever. I wonder if you rip off thousands of customers this way, each year."
