"This school system is very capitalist. Robbing students in every possible way. Doesn’t matter whether you’re a resident or not. No enrolling unless you clear your account to 0. Ok but why am i being charged with etext fees, gym membership, and transportation fees. I refuse to pay for things I don’t use. Very unfair."

"This place can really send students into mental breakdowns. I have been disrespected and made to feel like I did not deserve an education if I will take loan. The only thing this place ever tell you is to take loans. If you want an education I do not suggest IU. This office is a perfect example of how this school works."

"Never helpful in a direct way - they always recommend you try searching for answers to your questions elsewhere, rather than actually helping and finding an answer for you. You would think that a place that is meant to have answers would know how to find answers."

"Was given wrong information several times and people there were kinda rude. Recently I went in person (thinking that would make a difference but it doesn’t). They said they couldn’t help me in finding some financial information and they referred me to some office across campus that did not exist."
