"They had great sales going on. Wasn't cluttered. Checkout only took a few minutes even with a few people in front of me. The employees were very nice."

"Lots of new size inclusive options for women. I was excited to go look through the new clothes. However the store is very difficult to access as a shopper using mobility aids. I could only get down the main walkway and a few clothes racks near the front. I'd say I could probably shop 35-40% of the women's section. The store looked extremely clean and the sales associates were friendly and greeted me within seconds of entering the store."

"Always a great place to shop! Great bargains, employees are awesome. Friendly, helpful, always trying to give you the best price possible, which is always a pleasant surprise when you aren't expecting the price to be lower. So, they get an A in my book. (Only 4 stars because no matter how perfect things are, there's always room to improve something, even the smallest thing.)"

"I would generally give Old Navy a much better review other than three stars. But when I walked in today to pick up a credit card that I left there the other day, I asked the gentleman at the counter for help. So I approached the counter and observed him on his phone. I don't know what he was doing whether it was work-related or personal. But he looked up after a few seconds and asked if he could help me. I don't expect to have spectacular service just when I'm walking to the counter. I would ask for a smile and a little bit of a quicker acknowledgment and the feeling that I'm not bothering somebody. He called a girl over to help me. The girl was bubbly and smiled and was very quick to help. I'm assuming she has a little bit of seniority over the young man who was there. The girl has dark brown bobbed hair and wears glasses. she continued communicating with me throughout the entire experience while she was trying to open the safe to get my credit card. It's not so much that I felt the young man was rude, it's that I felt no customers were of utter importance to him."
