"I was buying hair dye for my daughter and a staff member noticed what I was getting and told me that the brand I was looking at was one of the more damaging ones for hair and pointed out something that would be a little healthier for her hair. The staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful with something I wouldn't have expected to find much help with so I would say that I was very pleased with my trip to Kroger this evening as usual. Kroger may be a big box store but the staff is very diverse and knowledgeable beyond my expectations."

"Absolutely the worst Krorger location I've been to. There are never any cashiers available so we're forced to use the self-checkout lanes which don't work right half the time themselves. Takes FOREVER to actually leave the store. There are also two young girls there who are always chatting and doing nothing instead of working on multiple instances. Will never ever be returning to this failure of a location."

"These morons can’t keep shelves stocked, price tags posted, won’t help you if you have an issue with an item from another store, don’t know where anything is. Maybe pay your employees a little bit more so you can demand a higher level of service from them."

"I’ve lived in Bloomington since 1990. This Kroger store has really gone downhill in the last three or four years. Too many items in every department on every aisle are consistently out of stock, only half of my shopping list can ever be filled there, and they rarely have more than one checkout lane open in the evening. With the super long lines in the checkout and self service lanes also, it’s horrible customer service that keeps getting worse. Dread having to go in there anymore. Not sure what’s wrong but management needs to pay attention."
