Kroger

"Idk about other locations here yet but this Kroger is shorting people on meat. On multiple occasions tested several different large Heritage Farm chicken breast packs, each with 3 different scales. Every single pack was exactly 33% short. Which is the equivalent of what you're supposed to save with the sales that mark the 2.99 lb breasts down to 1.99 lb Edit~ raising from 1 to 3 stars because I haven't had many other issues here I have weighed meat from here a few times since and it seems under control for now. But I would still stay weary of this here and elsewhere. I buy in bulk, usually during sales, then weigh and portion all the meat out. Not sure if this was a staff, Kroger, Heritage farm, or scale issue. But I have since been informed we have a county scale inspector for this very reason. So they can be contacted if anyone else comes across this issue. 2/15/24 Going to start buying meat elsewhere because was once again shorted on lots of packs during a sale, this time Tyson breasts."

"It is clean and convenient. Bit it doesn't have everything. The one on College Mall Ave. Has more things and is slightly bigger.."

"I ordered groceries through the Kroger pickup. When I got home, I was missing several items, which I know sometimes happens. In the past, I have called, and they told me to come back and get my items. Sometimes even compensating with a gift card for my inconvenience. Last night, the manager of pickup insinuated that I was lying or trying to steal from the store. She continually argued with me and said she saw the items loaded onto the cart. I then asked to talk to the store manager, and she would not transfer me. I finally ended hanging up on her and getting a hold of someone in customer service. They told me to come back and get the items I purchased. I have had wonderful experiences in the past and will still shop there. But now I know I have to check my order after they load my groceries. DO BETTER KROGER PICKUP!!!"

"Since when did Kroger start letting people have their dogs in the store? If it's a service dog that's understandable but you don't know if it's a service dog or somebody just walking in with their dog, I'm starting to see this happen a lot. The employees who stand by the self-checkouts when you see a lane number light flashing that means somebody needs help, don't just stand there talking to somebody a little bit longer before you go and help, go and help the customer right away, and pay the hell attention, I seen those lights flash and the employer doesn't know it is because they're looking around not paying attention or they just walk off and stay gone for like 5 minutes."

"Probably the worst run Kroger in town. So crowded and not much spacious , and it's been my third time since they're out of cilantro (see pic). And they didn't have avocados either."
