"Honestly, I let my self get really sick before seeking care at your location because I'd previously had long waits even with a scheduled appointment and a lack of care twice I was denied antibiotics when I needed them because the doctor I saw didn't want to disrupt my gut health even though I have zero issues with that and never had. This visit I think I waited 10 minutes and was seen by a nurse quickly but my timer by my door did go off and was reset about 3 times before a doctor came in. Once I saw the doctor everything was great, prescriptions prescribed were great and I'm on the road to feeling much better."

"Mixed Experience I recently had an appointment at this facility, and my overall experience was a mix of frustration and satisfaction. My scheduled time was 4 PM, but I wasn't called in until 5:40, which was quite inconvenient. The front desk employees seemed indifferent, and the overall cleanliness of the office left much to be desired. However, once I was called back, the nurse and Dr. Leslie Colon provided excellent care, and I felt well taken care of. It's disappointing that the front desk experience didn't match the quality of medical care. Hopefully, improvements can be made to enhance the overall patient experience."
