"From patients daughter that worked a 12 hour overnight shift the night prior and night of telephone appointment. I am my mothers translater. Quite disappointing to never have received a call for 9:45 am telephone appointment. When trying to call the Pecar Center at 9:55 am to talk to a nurse, the call was obviously not sent to someone in Pecar office and we were told that the Dr tried to call at 9:29 am for our 9:45 appt. A call was never received and a missed call doesn't appear on call logs. The nurse on other end says a message will be sent to Dr's office and I should get a phone call in 30 minutes (10:30am). I tried to call Pecar again at 10:35 am, a different nurse picked up and tells me that a message was sent and shown as arrived. Theres no time frame that the doctor will call back and can be anytime. It is now 11:19 am. Who knows if a call is coming at this point and I need to sleep before another 12 hour shift tonight. Very disappointed patient and family member. It's the week of thanksgiving so of course will be difficult to see or talk to anyone else due to holidays. Update. Dr called at 12:10 pm....for 9:45 appt."

"Terrible staffing the nurses they don’t listen to what anyone says n refuse to admit any wrong, community health network is much better i wish my insurance worked with them instead so I never have to return to this awful place. they made an appointment with a doctor I didn’t know, saying that next year was the soonest availability then it cancelled the same day after the phone call what a joke"

"Our doctors for my GF, our kids & myself are very nice listen well & take what we are going through seriously. Messages from them on mycharts are the same as in person they like to be thorough. However sometimes when the nurses respond to messages it can seem like they are short with you or snippy and condescending."

"I’ve been to this facility for several years and the doctor I have is great but the wait time for my Annual Physical is horrible. They already canceled my appointment for May and rescheduled me for July. So for my July appointment was scheduled for 1:45, and I was told to come 15 mins early but I’ve been waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes and I’m practically frustrated. I took time of work to be here and they need to honor my appointment time instead of having me wait forever. I’m going to start going to a different location where it’s closer to my home."
