"They made partial dentures for me. I gave them 4 stars because most my problems are not their fault like my bone sticking out scraping my partials and causing pain. I don't even know how I would fix that and I can wear my bottoms because I'm younger tied and need surgery. I took off one star because I was supposed to get 2 teeth pulled and I guess they shattered one that I had a root canal done in so woke up with 3 missing and The dental cleaning I can do better myself with a waterpik but they are very nice and proffesional other than that. Nobody is perfect and they are a lot better than other urgent dental offices by far."
"First, the assistant pulled on my lips to get them out of the mold instead of running his finger in-between my lips and the mold. He pulled so hard that he split the inside of my lip. I felt like I had been punched in the mouth for days. It took 5 days to recover from that. Then the doctor tried to rip the bottom plate out of my mouth pulling on just one side making the other side dig in so painfully to the bone, that I actually cried out loudly from the pain! I had to take a break because I had a triple bypass. My first appointment back and they had my dentures. I was so excited! Then I hear the assistants making noises that were not good. I still have 2 teeth on both sides on the bottom. They are good and im keeping them. The mold would have clearly shown four teeth on the bottom, needing only a partial. They asked me if I wanted my bottom teeth out. Um, no. If I had wanted them out, I would have done so BEFORE the mold. They made a whole denture for the bottom. What!? Why!? I was asking how that could happen and voicing my displeasure, disbelief and disappointment when I was told by another assistant I've never met that I was not going to yell at them. I was upset, but not yelling, until she said that. I'll admit I showed them what yelling was after that. One issue after bypass is anger issues up to a year after. The assistant needs to learn that a patient advocating for themselves is a good thing, and I had every right to be upset. Getting any new appliances is a long drawn out process and having to start all over again is......ridiculous, to say the least. Maddening. Aggravating! Especially since my daughter has to take off work for my appointments! I'm finding another office for the bottom partial. The professionalism at this office, except for the amazing receptionist, is nill. I've never been treated so callously, without apology, from a dentist office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"I had an extraction and root canal done here. Extremely wonderful staff, and both procedures were excellent and healed quickly. Can’t recommend them enough."
"I really wish I could give zero Stars!! First, they gave me a "deep clean", but I left with hard plaque still on my teeth. Second, they gave me a filling that fell out 2 days later. Third, and the last straw, they started coming at my mouth with tools without even telling me what they were about to do. I stopped them and asked what they were doing and they informed me that I had 3 cavities on my right side and they were going to fill them. I stopped them and left and thank God I did cause I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they couldn't find a single cavity. They were literally about to start drilling on my healthy teeth! Then I later found out that they billed my insurance for items that they never performed. Now I can't get that procedure done at another dentist because my insurance was already billed for it. My mom and my mother-in-law both had terrible experiences there as well. Please don't go here. Find another dentist."
"July7, 2023 My husband went in for a really bad tooth ache. They gave him a shot in the gums which sent him into the first seizure ever. He has a CDL so we had to take him to emergency room, who wouldn’t clear him till he saw a neurologist. So, he was not able to drive for his job. The neurologist had ordered a CT, a EEG and a sleep study. Which all came back clear. Now we have over $5000 out of our pocket because insurance has a $6000 deductible before they pay. We would like this office to reimburse us for all our medical bills. When the office was contacted they claim the wrong date of his appointment. Only the day of his crown ordered. No information about the date of his seizure. I have phone records of them calling his work to pick him up and the call to me while I was in Michigan. I had to rush home from my trip. When they called me they explained he had a 3 minute seizure in their chair the second they did the shot. They gave us a huge scare and the bills keep coming. Thankfully he was cleared to return to work and driving"
