"No one answers the phone or returns calls. No help with follow up. Not what have come to expect from Payton Manning at all. I should not have to drive an hour one way because they won't return calls."

"My son has been waiting for months to get into his appointment. We have to drive over an hour to get to the hospital and there is no mention of construction on the campus that could impede traffic and route to destination. The receptionist, Janell, was absolutely rude and condescending to my wife who was doing her best to get him there on time despite obstacles. Zero bedside manner and nothing but snark and combative response from this person. We will not be coming back."

"Dr. Tibesar is very nice and understanding. He will sit and listen to everything you have to say. Was quick at getting in to see him and to get the upper and lower GI done. Staff is very friendly also."

"Normally I would say 5 stars. We are on baby #2. With our first we seen Dr tibisar he was amazing and my daughter improved so quickly!! So we made appointment for our son and got someone else. (Tibisar was booked out). She dismissed all our concerns and told us basically our son wasn’t in pain. He cried ALL DAY. Everything we were told the year prior she told us it wasn’t true. We got zero help from her. I won’t reschedule with her, but I will wait to get in with Dr tibisar. Until then I guess we will have to figure things out on our own. If you have to be seen ask for him!"
