"I've been going to that dentist down not too far from me. Never had a problem. Took my son in there my oldest son he's diabetic and all his teeth broke off. He just had surgery last Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving, they had to get the upper part of his teeth out of the gums. This place may be for Medicaid, Medicare and some private insurance. She referred us all the way up in Carmel for him to go see the dentist up there. We went to go see the dentist up in Carmel and he had his surgery at IU North. The dentist that did the surgery was Dr, Becker They don't send you just anywhere if you need to have surgery on your mouth. I thought for sure he'd be going someplace else with him having Humana Medicare and Medicaid. Yeah they do refer you to a dentist up north. he could have had it done there at the dentist office but he would have been poked a lot and he didn't want to do that he want to be put to sleep that's why we had to go up North with the referral and then had the surgery at IU North. Waiting for them to open today at 3:00 p.m. it's a Monday to find out what the next step is because the dentist we went to up North does not do dentures or implants. So we were told we had to go back to the original dentist that referred him. Which is my dentist."

"This place doesn’t even the one star. No one should have to wait 35 minutes to even go back to be seen. They have too many appointments at the same time. The max should have been 15 minutes to wait. This was my first visit and I am so disappointed. So I was called back the next day after I walked out and given another appointment. The service I received when I went back was better. The dentist was really nice. So I changed my stars."
