"Lived here for over two years. The only thing I will say is that in general the facility was quiet, and maintenance guys were great. Roberta was terrible at communicating, her voicemail is always full and it takes multiple attempts to get a hold of her. Now that I have moved out and was “suppose to get my deposit in the mail” I have gotten emails like “pretty sure it went out” and it arrived in office to be sent to me days later, well it’s been over there 45 day estimate. At this point, if it were rent, you’d have late fees and eviction. Good luck if you decide to move in here and ever need anything from Roberta and ever want to or have to leave, you won’t get any thing."
