"Edit. I will NOT be contacting your office. You guys ignored every one of my attempts of contact. Im still HOMELESS!!!! My situation got worse after having to leave, but by all means demand your money. I don't recommend this place. I kept these people informed only to ignored. Greedy people! They are not for the people! Since, leaving this place before my lease ended because of losing my job. Covid financial hit me hard. I'm still homeless to this day, but they expect their money. I've been mentally struggling. I also, informed these people each time that Im homeless and struggling. Not once did I get acknowledgment. Till today with a threat to being sent to collections. They don't care about what situation you're in They just want their money."

"Very affordable and quality apartments for the area. Quick response times to issues in apartments if you have them, just make sure you let them know about it. Lived here for a year and had little to no issues. Walls are quite thin though so be wary."

"This is my first time renting anywhere/first time living alone. Lisa was absolutely wonderful with the hundreds of questions I had before I moved in, and the first month being there with questions I had. The staff is unbelievably nice. I run into the maintenance guy every morning when I leave and I get a Hello every day. I feel safe in my apartment which is a good feeling being on my own the first time."

"I lived in a garden apartment (meaning the windowsills were almost level with the ground outside) with my college best friend for the past 10 months, and overall our experience was great! Maintenance requests like broken blinds were fixed promptly, and my only real complaint is that we’d get bugs if we had the windows open since the screens fit a bit crooked in the windows. Parking is easy and right next to the building, and the office staff are very pleasant! We recommended living here to our friends looking for apartments, and I’m glad I had such a good experience as my first time renting."

"I lived at View Pointe for 1 year and absolutely loved it! Maintenance always came right away with any issues I had (which were few and far between). The foyer and hallways were always cleaned weekly and the building always smelled nice! I never had any problems with neighbors and loved the location of my apartment. There was always plenty of parking and sidewalks were always salted and lot was plowed almost immediately. The ladies in the leasing office are a delight to communicate with and Lisa was always eager to help me with any questions I had! Great price for what they have to offer. Can't beat a $200 deposit! 10/10 would live here again!"
