"Fransico did a great job in painting"
"Apartments on lower level as well as townhouse units often have water seep in during heavy rainstorms. Experienced this is 2 separate units within the complex. Inadequate drainage and poorly maintained gutters and downspouts led to this dilemma. Getting a hold of property management is a hassle and even if you leave messages most calls are not returned or issues followed up on. Dishwasher did not work and made several attempts to get it fixed. It would drain into the kitchen rather than an actual drain. Ended up not using it for the 5 years I was in that unit. There are far more viable places in the area at lower rates that offer more amenities. Would not recommend renting here!"
