"They have so many rats that come out during the day and night and they wont do anything about it. Just want to lay traps and baits down. No one wants to live with rodents to point you walk in the kitchen and turn on the light and see not one but two rats roaming around the floor is a major issue that needs to be address. Please find a different place to live. My worst mistake was moving here."

"Another new name, I've lost count. I lived here for five years and in that time the name changed 6 times. When I moved out I left everything for my ex, because it was so roach infested I didn't want to take anything but a few clothes. The first night I had roaches in my brand new bed, I couldn't walk with out flip flops from the roaches crunching under my feet. The only thing that improved the situation was buying my own insect killer and vacuuming every single day for months. Even then, it barely helped the problem. I hope they fixed all that but short of knocking everything down and rebuilding, I doubt it's changed from reading the reviews. One of two pools was never cleaned or working in five years, only led to snakes and rats. We had maintenance later let go come inside our unit to use our bathroom it's no work order. Our A)c never worked, 4 out of 5 years our power bill was over $200 for not cooling, they promise to fix but never did. Two people were killed during our stay there and every unit reeked of weed. We complained but nothing was ever fixed. Our water bill was insane as we were billed for the building as a whole divided by number of bedrooms, meaning my husband and I were charged for 6 people in the unit under our , same with unit across from ours, others having no less than four people a unit. Ridiculous! The only pro was having a fireplace that was turned off three out of the five years as they never cleaned the chimneys.. parking where we went towed more than once as everyone not living there would have four cars a unit and we had just one, parked in front of mail box on a Sunday for two hours and paid $600 towed to Tarrant come to find out their daughter lived there and would split profits of vehicle towed ! Who can afford all that and face your neighbors have domestic situations every day ? So I hope with the new name comes along of changes, I think this is the 8-9th name since 2017? Was cliffs at Rocky Ridge...I can't remember all the names. Good luck !"

"This is an amazing apartment community and people say so many negative things about the staff but they are so amazing. I am not sure why anyone would say anything negative about this property. After looking at some of these reviews it appears that some of the writers do negative reviews for almost every experience they have had personally but I beg to differ. The property manager Sherry is very understanding and knows how to manage this property smoothly. The assistant manager Tam is very friendly and knows how to treat the residents. Grant and Elena have the ability to make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the doors. They are amazing leasing agents. Imevboreh (Mev) has been an amazing addition to the property and the has a knack for people and made me feel like family when he showed me my apartment. I cannot forget the glue the hold this property together the hard-working,quick responding,,friendly and experienced maintenance team (Sandy and crew) have been beyond amazing. If you are looking for a place to call home this is the place. #welcomehome"

"I love that people are finally calling out this apartment complex. The bugs, rats, and flies are OUT OF CONTROL. (In reference to a previous review I saw) The balconies are absolutely unsafe. I'd love to see what a legal contractor has to say about the structural damage. Imagine requiring someone to have a fantastic attitude just to do your job. Someone was upset they almost fell through a balcony and ,due to that fact, repairs were delayed. I wish I could choose to not do my job every time my feelings got hurt. But, in all seriousness, I really hope no one chooses to stay here. Handrails on the concrete steps are not secure, water is turned off every other day for hours on end, endless AC issues and leaks which only further the bug issue. Noise complaints are most definitely not taken seriously considering the excessive noise is coming from structurally unsound floorboards. Old buildings are old buildings and everyone has a job to do (and I genuinely believe the maintenance crew is doing the best with what they have)but the fact that the office replies to these reviews as if we, the residents, are delusional. When you have ratings like this, maybe accept that you're the problem. I fully expect for this review to be met with a snippy reply that holds no merit seeing as how they remove the threat of rebuttal. Please do better. These are homes to some people."
