"Moving in here was pretty rough. There was a lot wrong with the apartment and it took forever to get it fixed. My original review was a 1 star…. However, the past few months living here has been very pleasant, and I just love the people in the office… Asia, I believe is the lady up there and she has been an absolute treat. All of our work orders are answered promptly. The community has been great and it really has become a home"

"I will be making sure to tell all the people I know never to sign a lease with you all. You took $2500 more than you deserved after I closed my lease timely and properly. The four years I paid all my rent on time and deposits I made where never taken into account. I know for a fact you had my neighbor live in a health risk apartment because of your poor maintenance. I will be making sure to information people how you are not a good apartment to live in. Yes, I am venting but you need to hear this."

"I’ve been here for a couple of months and wanted to get a feel of everything before writing my review. Firstly Sadena made this experience EVERYTHING! If you are interested in living in here I recommend working with her. She listened and adjusted things accordingly to my needs. I work from home, she took this in mind while helping me pick the perfect place. She was honest with me about everything throughout this entire process. She has taken every concern of mine seriously and to her best ability, asap. The area I live in is quiet and all of me and my neighbors are respectful and get along perfectly. I’m actually comfortable. Downsides are maintenance taking a while to complete request. Don’t get me wrong I haven’t had any real emergencies and I take in account how huge this complex is so I understand. Its just hard working from home and having someone come in that doesn’t know that and they come in making their presence known. Another thing is the fees. I see charges in different places for same thing. So far those have been the only issues I’ve come across. I know I for one read reviews and take them serious when people are expressing how their living experience has been. I would definitely recommend checking things out for yourself with this one. I’ve had a very bad experience with apartments and flooding and mold etc but so far nothing that I believe can’t be resolved."
