Every time I have entered the leasing office, she greets me with a smile. Morgan Walker is also very kind and professional. The moment I met Morgan during my tour of the property she made me feel at home. Shantell & Morgan are the best!"

"My experience while staying at Ashby was by far one of the best I’ve ever encountered. The front office staff was always welcoming (especially Ms. Shantel) and willing to help at all cost. Even the maintenance team was great, especially Mr. Mike. I never had any issues but once I put in a request even for a light bulb, they came right out. I couldn’t have asked to stay at a cleaner, welcoming, and safe apartment complex in the Birmingham area. I would definitely recommend."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Ashby Ross Bridge. Shantel, Morgan, and the maintenance crew are phenomenal! They were attentive to emails, calls, and/or any questions or concerns I had. Shantel was always extremely nice, professional, and helpful! Morgan has the most pleasant personality and was always eager to assist. If I had a maintenance issue and submitted a request for service form, maintenance was at my door within 2 hours. I was expecting them that evening or even the next day! The grounds were always kept immaculately! They were truly great!"

"I lived in Ashby from 2022 to 2023, and it was a wonderful experience. The community was well-managed, and the facilities were excellent. It was a safe, peaceful, and quiet place to live. Above all, Manager Shantel and every member of the Ashby team (literally everyone I met at Ashby) were amazing and helpful. Another satisfying aspect was my neighbors. Once, my FedEx package was mistakenly delivered to another unit, but a neighbor kindly brought it back to my house. The move-out process was smooth. Overall, I cherished every moment of living there!"

"My experience at Ashby has been absolutely amazing from the time I walked into the building everyone actually spoke!! (Very uncommon when touring apartments for some odd reason).. The maintenance team, office staff, and residents are all very nice, sweet, and understanding. When I toured I saw how well they kept the property, even rode around the trash compactor and it was spectacular! The gates even work!! LOL.. I've toured many places before making my decision and I am so happy I chose Ashby for me and my fur babies! I moved in 2 months ago and I have not had one issue! The new renovations are to DIE FOR!! I have recommended over 3 friends here so far and all have such great things to say. The staff was very honest about the application process, move-in cost, and even the property itself. These are the nicest apartments I have seen in the Birmingham area. I will be calling Ashby my home for the next few years until I buy a home."
