"Nothing wrong with Culvers-ever! Everything, and we have tried about everything, has been great. Love pub burgers when they offer them, love cheese curds, custard always make me smile! Service is always good, friendly staffs in all their facilities we have been to."

"The good: The custard was excellent, and the ingredient choices were plenty. My girl got that and has been wanting more. The pretzel knots were good, as was the cheese. Onion rings good. Fries surprisingly stayed crisp the whole time, and I was glad for this. The meh: The interior was basic, which I don't hate. But there's a TV that just plays Culver's material the whole time, which I find tacky and shameless. It's their restaurant and they can do as they please but... it's their restaurant. Why do they need to promote while you're already there? The bad: They burnt the bread on my Swiss patty melt. Like, super charred it. I'm sure the sandwich would have tasted like, well, a standard Swiss patty melt, which would be good, but it was pretty much just char and grease falling apart in my hand. Her sandwich (I can't recall which) was also greasy. A guy at work asked how I liked my first visit there, I told him the sandwich was burnt, he complained he feels like he needs a shower after eating there, and that summed it up perfect. BUT! I will say the grease adds flavor, so only neat freaks be afraid. I feel it's also pertinent to add, for people who are overly sensitive about customer service, the guy that brought the food forgot my drink. When I went to the counter, there was a woman sitting in a chair, I let her know, and she wordlessly handed me a cup. I don't expect niceties, though I'm sure they're all trained to say polite things, but I know many people take that kind of "service without a smile" personally. Overall, as someone who was taken there by his girlfriend who paid for it all, I give it a 75%, mostly because they burnt the bread. Also, this was just the one location. I'm sure others do it better, and some do it worse."

"The cashier was wonderful & so was the custard!!! Service was Awesome ! Culver's is the only fast food chain restaurant that we will go to. So far all the Fort Wayne area places have been GREAT !! THE FOOD IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN ANY OTHER FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT!!!"

"I always Order a cranberry bacon blue cheese salad and never been so dissatisfied.. first and last time ordering from this location salad came with just a few pieces of chicken and barley any lettuce.."

"I tried the new cheddar bbq pub burger was a little skeptical because I didn't think pickels mayonnaise and barbecue sauce would go together well. I was very surprised at how amazing they did go together!! The cheddar bun was amazing as well as the smokey tangy bbq sauce. I usually love the cod I was not very impressed today it was not horrible just tasted a little heavy with grease. Fries were hot and Crispy. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and fast. Affordable very clean! And a nice sitting area plenty of seating very sunny and perfect temperature at the table."
