Don Hall's Factory Restaurant

"My primary reason for this review is to give recognition to two employees that work in the bar. Elisa and her brother (did not get a chance to ask his name. although equally enjoyed talking to him as well) are incredible- especially working together. We stopped at The Factory following a movie close by. We were most impressed by Elisa. She is engaging, makes eye contact, is a great conversationalist, is hard working, confident in her skill, well-mannered, and can relate to a person, no matter their age. The Factory is lucky to have this pair who run their bar like a well-oiled machine. Their skills and attendance to service will continue to encourage return customers, as well as word-of-mouth advertising. Thank you, Elisa! You made a wonderful impression on Perry and myself!"

"We decided to go out tonight Valentine's Day to this incredible restaurant. We have never been here and decided to try something new. The prime rib here is to die for it basically melts in your mouth. The homemade sourdough bread is so good. There wasn't anything that we tried that we didn't enjoy immensely. Savannah our waitress went above and beyond to make sure that our Valentine's Day meal was excellent. She treated us so kindly and even talk to us a little bit as we are from out of town. She knew the history of the place when we asked questions and was very knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible. I give this place a 9.5 out of 10. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody."

"We went on a double date for dinner and we were blown away by the wonderful service and full flavor meals! Drinks were wonderfully mad and priced decently. Service was quick and friendly, staff knew their menu well and was able to discuss options with us. The only thing I did not like about our experience is how tight seating was and how much it echoes. It felt like we had to yell at each other to have a conversation. Other than that it was an amazing time. We plan on going back again to try something new off the menu!!"

"BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! We had the Savor Fort Wayne dinner and it was delectable! Our desserts were to DIE FOR. And the service was ON POINT! I feel so bad for forgetting the servers name but she was so sweet so accommodating!"

"The Factory is the best! Have had lots of events there (birthdays, bridal showers, etc.) and they always do an excellent job! Great food and service. Definitely request Logan as your server!! Picture of the Filet Oscar special, it was amazing!! Yum!"
