"Tonight was our first time dining at Proximo, and we will 100% be coming back to dine again. The service was the best I’ve ever experienced (shoutout to Ned for making our night). As soon as you pick up a menu you can tell that each dish was carefully cultivated and created. We had the paella and halibut. Both were amazing. We also had the lemon hibiscus tart. The tart was out of this world. It was sweet, but had a bit of sour, and had the perfect texture added with the graham cracker at the bottom. For those that are new to experiencing fine dining I would highly recommend coming here. Ned was helpful and insightful for what wines and cocktails would fit our meals. He also helped explain some of the dishes, explained which were his favorite and why, and provided helpful details about the specials!"

"My fiancé made reservations for us at Próximo for my birthday. This was my first time visiting and I was so impressed! I wish I could remember the name of our server…. It was unbelievable service. Probably the best we’ve ever had and we love to go try new places. He was super menu-knowledgeable and gave awesome recommendations. Our waters were always full, and he was just so welcoming and friendly. I really loved his little “birthday song”, too! The food was amazing! I had the guava glazed salmon with white rice and it was delicious! My fiance and our friends all raved about their meals as well. We had an amazing evening, and a great time at Proximo! "Food is well seasoned but,the paella rice was a bit mushy. I had the scallop ceviche I could barely taste the scallop because of the acidity too much. All over it was a good experience, the server is attentive and I sat at the bar."
