"It's really good overall. The food was great. Burger and cheese curds. We both tried to get fries, and they replaced it with the cheese, though we wanted both. That's okay, though, just a little sad. Their frozen custard is the bomb as always. Pretty clean. Conveniently placed close to the hotel we were at."
"This location has always been bad for dirty grills. It's been awhile so, thought I'd give them another try. Ordered at 1:50p, asked at 2:06 if there was an update for my carryout order. It was sitting in the window, who knows how long. No leadership here, mass chaos. Left with a refund and no sympathy. Need to get a grip"
"We stopped in on our road trip for a quick snack to keep us awake. I wasn't sure what the difference was between a couple of things, and the guy on the drive-thru was SO NICE. He explained it all to me and made recommendations. We chatted at the window about some other recommendations too. Ironically, I didn't get exactly what I ordered."
"On August 19th I ordered a Oreo cheesecake flavor of the day with topping added. I got the toppings but it was just plain vanilla not the flavor of the day. I didn't think I would need the receipt so I told the cashier no when they asked if I needed the receipt, as I've never had an issue at this location. I spent $57... I called and told them the issue informed them of the mistake that was made and they asked if I had my receipt and I told them I had opted not to take it as I've never had issues here and they asked for my name and they told me to stop by when I could for a replacement. I stopped by today September 14th as I have not been back this way for some time and was told I had to have the food or receipt for a replacement. That there was nothing they could do for me. So I'm leaving a bad review and to make sure people know to ALWAYS take the receipt here cause if the mess your food up they won't fix it without it."
