"Ashley on top of her game, so nice, so pleasant. In fact all the employees were sooo nice, like sincere nice. The food was the bomb! We order the same thing (everytime) all across the country, and FW tops them all! My street tacos were packed, and fresh hot. My wife and her cauliflower bites were heaping and loaded. We will be back to this location! BTW - our neighboring table ordered burgers, and they looked the bomb! I was tempted to grab them away from the server lol."

"Bf and I were seated at 6:10 and by 6:30 had not been approached at all. Didn’t even know who our server was because the hostess sat us and then we were never served. I understand it’s a Thursday and there’s usually a wait but we were sat as soon as we arrived. I walked up to the hostess stand and gave her the menus back and said “we’ve been waiting 20 minutes and have yet to be approached, we’re just going to leave”. She gave me a look like I was being rude and like she was surprised. I wasn’t rude, just simply wanted to leave."

"Normally I enjoy this place but recently things have gone downhill. My last visit, I met friends and I had to, after about 15 minutes of joining (there was only 4 of us) I had to flag down our server to even let her know I arrived and get a drink. Once we ordered our food, it took an hour to arrive and my order was completely wrong. This wasn't the first time. So disappointed."

"Ordered take out on a Thursday towards the end of March, only thing that was great was the taste of the food. We were told the order would take 45 minutes, which was understandable considering it was a Thursday, but we waited well over an hour with hardly any attention to the order while we stood at the pick up counter for nearly 20 minutes after our time. When the food was brought out, half the order was missing. The food was brought back out to us all shoved into one bag (5 boxes and all sauces) with a mess of sauce over the containers. We got home to eat and the food really wasn’t that warm anymore, as if it had been sitting behind the counter for a while before it was given to us. Also, be warned, if you order cheese curds to go, you are paying the same price for less than half an order you would get if dining in. Still 4-stars out of hopes this experience was based on the busy evening."

"Went in on a Wednesday night. Asked for cheese curds and they were out. Asked for onion rings and they were out. Ordered a chicken breast sandwich and you guessed it OUT! The server said they were "really busy last night and ran out of a lot of stuff." I know people that worked there as managers and they always pulled product from other stores from Auburn and all over Fort Wayne. Apparently, they can't be bothered. As the sun went down we asked the server to pull the blinds on the windows we were facing. She came back and said there weren't any blinds for those two windows. The ONLY windows without blinds! Temperature wise it was warmer than desired and they kicked cooler air on twice. Service you ask? Slow! We put in our drink and app order and they brought a Pepsi and apps. We were halfway done with the apps when she finally brought the two beers. The bar wasn't busy, so I'm pretty certain she forgot. We ordered the wings extra crispy, but they came out normal. She said the wait was for my smash burger. You know, the burger they press the life out of and cook quickly? Yeah, waiting on that. I knew better and my eleven year old even asked if I was sure I wanted to go there. I like the burgers, so yes. Hindsight says don't do it next time."
