"first of all our sever was great and very kind and did so much for us! but didn't appreciate the hostess tonight when we asked for boxes she told us that wasn't her job. our server was very busy and thought the hostess could get us a couple of boxes but guess not. Also the manager was not very kind. we were having card problems and money was supposed to be taken off the one card but she made a mistake and didn't charge the one card but we got a receipt anyways so we were getting ready to leave and found out that $12 wasn't paid and instead of being kind about it or giving some sort of discount with the problems we had, the manager in a rude way said well someone's going to have to pay this money! would appreciate some kind of compensation cause this wasn't right."
"The food was delicious. The older person on the wait staff had a lot of unnecessary comments within ear shot of the diners. The same person seemingly messed up two orders on adjacent tables while I was eating. The other waitress wasn't apologetic. Instead, she said it wasn't a big deal and loudly directed the kitchen staff. The wait staff could have been MUCH more professional. I still left a good tip because my service and food were fine. I won't go out of my way to return."
"We ate here this morning. Waitress sis an awesome job food was good. We ordered a side of bacon so the Waitress added it to my meal to save money our bill was 16.00 but the cashier rang it I'm at 21.00 dollars and didn't honor the price on our receipt. So we paid the 21.00 not the 16.00 as we were suppose to. With that being said. We will not be going back here."
"I had no desire to cook for our staff carry in. I googled Bob Evans and was able to do an online order the night before. I scheduled a pick up for the next morning and it was perfect and convenient. I would definitely do it again. And the bonus was I was able to pick up a secret Santa gift because of all the cute retail items they had."
"My first time at a Bob Evans, even though I've seen them all over the Midwest. I thought it was exclusively for the blue-haired retired crowd. I was mistaken. It is similar to a Perkins or an IHOP mixed with a Crackle Barrel, but very Midwest/farm/family-centric. I enjoyed my sandwich. Food was very reasonably priced, especially in these crazy times. Service was prompt and attentive. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. It was a great road trip lunch. Worth going to others in the chain."
