"This place has gone downhill. The people at the hostess desk barely acknowledged me, I stood there for 10 minutes before the girl greeted me. Once seated it look a long time to get drinks that were ordered and my drink was 90% margarita flavoring. I get better service sitting in the bar area. I used to love going but I won't be going back!"
"Waited forever for service. Very poor service when she came. Food was cold when it arrived. And to top it off. When we went to pay. They tell us then cash only. My husband had to leave and go to bank machine. Won't be back."
"I had an amazing time at this restaurant. My server Kaylie really went above and beyond. She is so sweet and kind and just so good at her job. She was so swift and I’ve never had such a luxurious experience. I really felt like I was part of the neighborhood as Kaylie my neighborhood expert served me. Will definitely come again and ask for her!"
"One waitress for way too many tables. Too busy, forgot everything we asked for. We got things we said we didn’t want. Broccoli had little flavor, shrimp tasted like shrimp right out of the freezer, asked for medium sirloin and it came medium rare and once it arrived, it had too much gristle and left it behind. Although it took awhile, we did finally get drinks to go. Took a long time to get the bill. The boneless barbecue wings are the BEST!"
"Not very busy, but waited over an hour for our food. Had to go get the napkins and straws for myself. The bathroom was nasty. Toilet clogged with not sure what or why. The clean checklist in the bathroom not filled out at all. Applebee's used to be bomb, not so much this trip. The food was pretty good though."
