Taco Bell

"Waited a little less than half an hour in the drive thru, which was fine I guess since I was going during Friday at lunch time, but after checking my bag I received the completely wrong order. I went in to explain the situation, but stood around waiting for help for another 10 minutes. I could hear the employees discussing how they handed a doordash order through the drive thru to someone who shouldn’t have gotten it (presumably me). The employee said ‘that’ person will enjoy it anyways. When I got helped, I showed them my receipt and told them my order was completely wrong, and they said I know you did. I waited another 6-7 minutes to receive my actual order. As I was checking the bag before I left, the employee said yeah that’s fine check it, but it’s all there. Just poor costumer service. The food was good though."

"Walked in i waited 10 min up front before anyone came and helped there were people in front of me when i got there could only imagine how long they were waiting. You could hear multiple people cussing saying the “b” word and “f” word and there were burrito wrappers everywhere on the floor as if they were throwing them i will never return here it is the worst fastfood possible people had to say something for them to even acknowledge anyone up front. Honeslty close the store down."

"Went ordered our food in drive thru. Was super fast, got the right drinks. We got the wrong order. One of the cheese roll ups were unwrapped and thrown in the bag. 2 pieces of the wrapping were just on top of the bag not used. We went back thru and waited about 20 minutes. A different manager just came in. He was super helpful and actually cared and helped up. He was disappointed in the crew. He apologized. This location needs help. I understand mistakes happen. I work in fast food also but you would never catch us just putting unwrapped food in the bag. Orders get mixed up sometimes as well. The lady at the window didn’t say anything to us. She didn’t really seem to care and was on her phone. 10/26/23 at about 11 pm"

"The food is about what's to be expected from Taco Bell personally I only go there cause everything else is closed around 11pm so it is what it is. Unfortunately, the last couple time's I've gone its been a horrible process. For one, the line is ridiculous. It's so backed up it's blocking the road into taco bell. 2 it was like a 40 min to an hour process and while I'm waiting in line I see a employee just go outside while he has a massive line outside and he just sits down for a smoke break. I get having breaks but at every job I've been at if we're crazy busy you don't take a break at that time you wait till it dies down a bit. Anyways so there's all of that but the only other issue I have is that taco bells drive thrus are built in such a way that once you're at a certain point in the line your stuck there for however long the line lasts. At the 40 min mark I just wanted to go home but I couldn't cause there is no bail out lane you can't go anywhere unless you want to drive up on the curb and drive thru the grass. This needs to be changed desperately. What happens if there's a emergency and you need to leave quickly ? Well taco bell doesn't care. They want you stuck in that line so by the time you get there you might as well get the food you've waited an hour for."

"Took my son to Taco Bell for lunch on his birthday. His choice. They wouldn't let us eat inside because they were short staffed so we didn't see our food until we were back home but we're not too far away. Pulled out my first section of beef quesidilla... no beef. Pulled out the second section, still no meat. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I was assuming it all slid to one side maybe but as I opened it, it didn't look like enough to share the whole space. Tried to eat my "crunchy" taco and it was soggy and fell apart in my hands. Super disappointing. My son's food wasn't very good either. He had a "crunch"wrap that wasn't crunchy and "crunchy" tacos that weren't crunchy, including the 2 Doritos Locos ones. Ugh. I guess I have to do better for his Birthday supper."
