McDonald's

"I went through the drive through of this McDonald's. I ordered a large fry and a large Dr. Pepper. I asked that my fry be cooked fresh. The guy who rang up the order specifically. Pressed the button that said cook to order. When I got them, they were cold and soggy so I went inside. I told them that I requested that they be cook fresh and I know that the guy put that on the thing but that they were cold and soggy. I asked if they would make new ones for me. At that point a huge lady came over, grabbed the fries dumped him in her hands told me "they are hot as hell". I told her they weren't, to which she proceeded to say, "what, do you want them dripping put the oil?". That lady was very rude and you could tell she was making everybody else very uncomfortable, including the other employees. She didn't even wash her hands after dumping a large fry in her hand just went on handling food. I also watched a guy who was given the wrong order at drive through bring it back in and then they handed it right our to the next customer."

"For as busy as this McDonald's was, they were doing a fairly decent job at keeping up on their orders. However, they could use a little more consistency about the correctness of the orders."

"We did mobile order. It said it would be out in 2-5 mins. The order went away on the app as if it had been brought out to us, so we went in. We get inside and they were incredibly rude, made my husband wait when he was trying to tell them the food they bagged up for us and just left out on the counter was ours! When they finally asked about the food my husband said its probably ours and the lady that ignored him said how come you didnt tell me. My husband and 4 other women waiting in the lobby told her he had tried. We get home and everything is freezing cold! Absolutely disappointed. Do not recommend mobile ordering unless you want cold food!"

"I come here for my lunch breaks and it seems to just keep getting worse. 3/4 times my food Is given to me cold, missing items or takes 10-20 minutes just to get to me in the drive-thru and I miss out on my entire lunch break by the time I get back to work. It shouldn't take 4 people coming to the drive-thru window to ask the same question to figure out what is missing or wrong with an order only to still make me pull up and wait for 1 item at the next window. Fries were cold and unsalted, McChickens were cold and tasted off, and the sprite that was meant to be a large was given to me as a small. I understand it's lunch rush and it's busy but how can you make someone wait 10-20 minutes and still deliver their "fast food" wrong and cold?"

"Visited McDonald's today and thought I would update the review. The dining room for this store was open so we entered and ordered at a kiosk. This wasn't all that unexpected. Unfortunately, I cannot improve my rating. Oh McDonald’s, how far the giant has fallen. Let’s face it we all go to McDs to get consistent fries, consisted food, and a consistent dining room experience across-the-board. We come to McDonald’s because it’s comfortable. But I remember a time when the Big Mac was something special and what I got today was a pathetic excuse for a double cheeseburger with a little sauce on it. I can forgive the dining room experience in a post-covid world but for the Big Mac to have fallen this far is disappointing and definitely not worth the $8.00 for the meal. Maybe I'll have to try the quarter pounder next time."
