"Seems to me that if there is unintelligible sound coming from the speaker, placing your order at the window should be an option, especially when that option is offered on a sign next to the speaker. We just wanted a milkshake. But it's ok. McDonald's forced our first ever visit to Starbucks. It was yummy. Thanks."

"I've been to this McDonald's twice today. Once for breakfast and once for lunch since I'm doing some work in the area and I didn't remember to pack any food. The food was good. I was more impressed by the performance of the man at the first drive-thru window between the morning hours of about 8:00 and 2:00 p.m. I didn't take a receipt so I don't have a name but he was courteous and was handling the heavy workload at lunch very well. Thanks for putting a positive face forward sir."

"I went inside to order. After waiting for 5 minutes with no service I went to the drive through. Waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker and waited an additional 10 minutes still without being helped. I drove around to the window and not one car was at the windows, but the employee sure was nice and comfy sitting on the stool messing around on his phone. After being told the business was still open I had to argue with the employee to take my order at the window. To which I had to give it to him 3 times and yep, he still got it wrong. By the time I ordered and got my food they still had not helped a single car that was in line. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Literally the worst customer service ever. Once a chick who worked there literally threw the food at me at got mad and slammed the window in my face when I told her to not do that. Today the lady is so quick to get the order out she slams the window in my face before I can even ask for ketchup. Like I’m inconveniencing her when she just has to do her job. The dude with tats is dope. Always respectful. Besides him I gotta ask, is customer service not part of the job description anymore? What about actually serving what people paid for? Look at this large fry I just got.. they filled it literally halfway. Honestly, don’t go here. This place is terrible and most of people there got foul attitudes. Don’t say I didn’t warn you."

"This is usually my "go to" McDonald's in my area. I usually get a Mocha Frappe with no whip cream and extra chocolate drizzle and they always seem to get it correct at this location. The amount of drizzle they give me is awesome! The other locations around me can't read and always give me whip cream. I have never had any issues at this location. The service is great and quick. I usually order through curbside and it gets to me fairly quickly! Everything is fresh when it does."
