"Wendy’s is my favorite fast food, but this is probably the worst Wendy’s in the Chicagoland area. Not only do I eat Wendy’s but I deliver it for DoorDash and Grubhub. Tonight I went into the dining room to pick up an order. I was already a few minutes late to the pickup. Not only did they refuse to hand me the order in the dining room, they made me get in a line that was 10 cars long in drive through. If Wendy’s needs revenue from the apps THEY CERTAINLY DON’T SHOW IT WITH THEIR EXECUTION. Letting a remote order sit and get cold while the driver burns expensive gas in drive through is despicable. I will need a new favorite fast food place. I definitely won’t return to this store!"
"Old lady needs to get her attitude checked. Not my fault you’re miserable at your dead end job. Teens/young adults working there are super polite. Make sure you check your food and that they give you everything before closing the window on you, because granny likes to forget things."
"Ordered on the mobile app and ordered the key fob as well for my children, and when we got home, there was no key fob in any bag. Had to call the store about it and spoke to D'Angelo and was told to come back in to retrieve it. Otherwise, come another day and tell them that I spoke to him."
"Food is fine. Issue is if you have a mobile order once you get to the speaker they tell you that you need to come inside to pick it up. Doesn’t make any sense. I’ve always went thru the drive thru no problem and got my order. What do you do at night when the dining room is closed and need to pickup your order?? They say it’s a new “rule”. Doesn’t make any sense. Recommend going to the Wendy’s in Dyer Indiana. Never ever have an issue there and line moves much quicker."
"If you have not tried the biscuits and gravy at Wendy's it is definitely worth a try and the price is just right. I also find that Wendy's out of all the fast-food breakfast serving Chains Wendy's is by far the cheapest not to mention their breakfast is quite good. I realize that most people have their morning routines before going to work but I promise you upsetting the balance of the universe to take an alternate route to work will be worth it. Also the coffee isn't that bad and it's cheaper and the cup sizes are bigger then McDonald's Duncan and Burger King."
