"me and my husband went there on Thursday October 5th 2023 at around 2:30pm. We was at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. there was several people on production, some of them even looked at us a couple of times never acknowledging us. not no word no I will be with you in a moment nothing. Finally someone came over and waited on us. I asked her if the lobby was closed or something because of how long we waited. she gave me a look that would kill and said no that they were busy. we dined in and another guy came in shortly after we received our order and he had the same experience. I do believe it was the supervisor that waited on us. Shame on her for poor customer service. I will never dine at this taco bell again."
"There was two small pieces on my nacho bell grande and two small pieces of chicken on my quesadilla. Called the manager and she said “I can’t do anything for you the machine distributes the meat” very poor management! I definitely won’t be back and would advise others to elsewhere if they want semi quality food!!"
