"Great service in a friendly authentic environment with fantastic food at a reasonable price! Highly recommend the goat cheese appetizer. I also had the stuffed pepper appetizer and loved that too - spicy but not too spicy. Steak was cooked perfectly. Pizza was delicious. All around great experience!"
"We went to enjoy our Christmas Eve dinner and Gloria gave us an outstanding service. Very nice lady and knowledgeable of the varied offered menu. The restaurant is beautiful, cozy, fine and the atmosphere, as well as the piano live music make the dining a special experience. The staff are so well mannered and the food, from appetizers til desserts, are upper class. The food came to us very quick, fresh made, well cooked and tasty flavors. If you want to encounter a memorable dine in, this is a real good place to visit."
"My review will be biased because not only did I used to work there but my handsome and talented Sons still currently work there. The food is amazing! The kitchen is clean and organized. The staff is amazing and I enjoyed working for them when I did. They are under new management and I heard that things are even better than before. I love the staff! They are like family to me. Both of my Sons work as chefs in the kitchen and they throw down!"
"Giovanni’s is my go to place for always a good meal and drink. I really like the comfortable bar seats as that’s where I like to lounge over glasses of wine. Every meal I’ve had there so far has been delicious and their bread with olive oil and herbs or garlic. Indeed! I only wish they had those bar trays to make it easier to eat at the bar."
"We went in for a Monday lunch and sat in a booth in the bar area. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We ordered a lunch portion of Chicken Vesuvio and a dinner portion of Chicken Parmesan(ordered the garlic mashed potatoes with it instead of pasta). Both came with a salad, which was very fresh and delicious. The complimentary bread basket was a mix of plain French bread slices and some garlic herb rolls. The rolls look good, but they are very dense and dry, even though I'm sure they brush the tops with butter. The Vesuvio was edible...the chicken was cooked properly, but some of the potatoes were still hard, and it was super garlicky. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes reminded me of instant ones. We both drank water so, all in with tip, it was $50. It wasn't worth it and we won't make a trip back."
